Audrey Hepburn Costumes

Costume Parties as by far a favorite. Guess what i’ll be dressing as? Yes. Audrey Hepburn and i have the perfect Audrey Hepburn Costume.

There aren’t any good costumes for sale out there. Actually, they all look terrible. So, i put together my own Audrey Hepburn Costume! This is going to be a full tutorial on how to create your own costume. Here’s a shopping list and a tutorial [not done by me]:

Little Black Dress – Go around shopping im sure you will find one at almost any store that sells dresses

I bought mine at Forever 21 – $29.80

Over-sized sunglasses- Forever 21 – $5.80

These are F8

Black heals – Forever 21 $19.80

Pearls – I got a Pearl choker from Tiffany & Co – $94.99 I think

And I added a few more strands to get the actual look Audrey Hepburn has

Forever 21 – $8.80 each 2.

Long black or white gloves – I chose black. I sewed mine myself. If you know how to sew this is amazing because you can pick a matching fabric to your dress.

Fabric – $3.00

Long plastic cigarette Holder – from costumersnetwork.com $0.98

Tiara- I still have mine from home coming but you can find them anywhere from $5.00-$20.00 they are not very useful so I would purchase the cheaper ones

So, you can have the perfect Audrey Hepburn costume, even if you don’t find a complete one online! You can buy separates and still have the perfect costume. I have looked around forever for a already put together costume, all I found were hideous and way too pricey. So, I bought my own stuff and its stuff you can wear later. See, if you were too buy a ready-made Audrey Hepburn costume, you wouldn’t be able to wear anything later!

Just go around shopping for a few hours or even have an online shopping spree! I got most of my stuff in one mall. Almost one shop. You can probably find everything but a plastic cigarette holder in Forever 21. I now have the perfect Audrey Hepburn costume. But! There’s one more thing! Make up!
